Common Prior conducts confidential search. Information shared with us — whether by a firm exploring a mandate or an individual exploring a move — is treated as private and is never shared without authorization.

When you contact us, we collect only what you choose to provide: your name, contact details, and the context of your enquiry. We use it solely to respond to you and, where relevant and with your consent, to discuss specific opportunities. We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Candidate materials, including résumés, are held in confidence and are shared with a client only after an explicit conversation and your agreement. You may ask us at any time to update or delete the information we hold about you.

If you refer someone else to us, please share only what you are comfortable sharing. We use a referral solely to make a discreet, one-time approach, and we do not disclose who referred a person without the referrer’s consent.
